The artwork must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging and certificates.
Custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Return Process:

Carefully repackage the artwork using the original materials.
Ship the artwork back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility.
Once received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
